Hilts returns policy allows returns for items in the same condition as they were received by you and purchased in the last 30 days.
This means they should be unworn, with all original packaging, protective films, and tags intact, and include the completed returns form. If the watch is returned in perfect condition but the strap shows signs of use or wear, only the watch will be eligible for a refund. Please note that all returned watches undergo a thorough inspection, including magnification, to check for any surface scratches, especially on highly polished cases.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email (US customers only). All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return.
You can expect your refund to be processed within 10 business days or fewer after our returns department receives the return.
