Important Information

For all Virtual Carrier Network and DHL deliveries, an authorized signature is required, and the person signing must be present at the delivery address.

Please note that delivery estimates are based on the shipping date, not the order date. We strive to dispatch orders placed by 1PM EST (Monday to Friday) on the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United States, so depending on the destination, import taxes or duties may apply. It's recommended to check with your local customs office for specific details. If duties or taxes are unpaid and the item is returned to us, any fees or charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Courier Information

Please be aware that our couriers may not call upon delivery, so ensure the delivery address is accessible for a signature during business hours. If you’re unavailable to sign, you can nominate someone else, but you’ll need to arrange this directly with the courier. After three delivery attempts, the courier will leave a card for further instructions.

We cannot deliver on public holidays or Sundays, so please allow an additional business day for delivery.
